Our standard delivery and setup schedule is based on your event’s contracted “Deal Time.” If you request that our equipment be delivered and set up more than two (2) hours prior to the scheduled Deal Time, an additional early-delivery/setup charge may apply.

This charge helps cover the additional labor and downtime associated with having our setup team remain on-site while waiting for the event to begin. In many cases, our setup team members are also scheduled to work the event itself, so an extended gap between setup and Deal Time can result in additional staffing costs.

We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery and setup time. If your requested setup time falls more than two hours before the scheduled Deal Time, we will let you know in advance if an additional charge applies.
