To ensure consistency, punctuality, and fair pricing for our clients, we’ve established a standard service area that does not incur additional travel fees, as well as clearly defined extended service areas.
Primary Service Area (No Additional Travel Fees)
Our core service area covers the Greater Houston region and surrounding communities, including:
- North: In and around Lake Conroe
- Northeast: Splendora
- East: Baytown
- Southeast: League City
- South: Manvel
- Southwest: Rosenberg
- West: Katy and Fulshear
- Northwest: Waller
Events within these areas include standard delivery, setup, and breakdown with no additional travel fees.
Extended Service Areas (Per-Table / Dealer Travel Fee Applies)
For locations outside our primary service area, we are happy to travel—however, due to increased fuel costs, travel time, and logistics, a per-table travel fee will apply.
Extended Area Pricing:
- Brenham – $100 per table
- College Station – $150 per table
- Huntsville – $75 per table
- Cleveland – $75 per table
- Mont Belvieu – $100 per table
- Beaumont – $150 per table
- Galveston – $125 per table
- Bolivar Peninsula – $225 per table
- Lake Jackson – $125 per table
- El Campo – $150 per table
- Schulenburg – $150 per table
Subcontractor Availability for Extended Areas
For events located outside our standard service area, iHostPoker may utilize trusted subcontractor partners to ensure we maintain the highest level of service and reliability. (Magicians, Photo Booths, Caricature Artists, and DJ’s)
Please note:
- All subcontracted events are subject to availability
- Pricing may vary based on the subcontractor’s rates, travel, and event requirements
- Final confirmation requires us to coordinate directly with our subcontractor network
We will provide a custom quote and confirmation once availability and pricing have been secured.

If your event location is not listed above, we’re still happy to accommodate whenever possible.
