1. CONSIDERATION TO iHostPoker LLC: The client will pay iHostPoker the sum listed under the "total" in the party link. The 50% deposit is due upon executing this document before the event date for services to be provided to the Client by iHostPoker Casino Parties. A receipt will be emailed to you after your deposit has been processed. Events are not confirmed if you have not received a payment receipt. 

2. DEPOSIT: 50% of the "total" must be paid in full to iHostPoker Casino Parties by the Client, due upon executing this document, as consideration for iHostPoker to secure the necessary dealer's schedules for this event.  The Client agrees to make a full deposit payment to iHostPoker Casino Parties through cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).

3. BALANCE: The remaining balance due to iHostPoker Casino Parties for services provided to the Client is due one day before the event date. Late fees may apply to final payments not received on or after the event date.

4. OVERTIME FEES: The client agrees to pay iHostPoker $75.00 per table/dealer for each additional hour after the end time. iHostPoker Casino Parties will not extend past the event end time unless the Client gives permission.

5. HOLD HARMLESS: 9. HOLD HARMLESS: Except to the extent caused by iHostPoker’s willful misconduct or negligence, the Client hereby assumes all responsibility and liability for the Client and holds iHostPoker harmless for any injury of any kind, to the Client, its employees, guests, agents, customers or staff involved in or present at this event. Except to the extent caused by iHostPoker’s willful misconduct or negligence, the Client shall indemnify and hold iHostPoker harmless from and against all costs, expenses, damages, obligations, liabilities and attorney’s fees which may arise from or in connection with the provisions of this Agreement, the operation of the event or any act or omission of any independent contractor or other employee of client performing work or services in connection with the event. Subject to the limitations and conditions as provided in this paragraph, each person who was or is made a party or is threatened to be made a party to or is involved in any Proceeding, or any appeal in such a Proceeding, or any inquiry or investigation that could lead to such a Proceeding, by reason of the fact that he or she, or a person of whom he or she is the authorized agent or representative of iHostPoker, shall be indemnified by the Client to the same extent that iHostPoker is indemnified. “Proceeding” means any threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative, arbitrative or investigative. The rights granted pursuant to this Article shall be deemed contract rights, and no amendments, modifications or repeal of this paragraph shall have the effect of limiting or denying any such rights with respect to actions taken or Proceeding arising prior to any such amendment, modification or repeal..

The Client is responsible and liable for all contracts related to the event (for example, catering, security, maintenance, and service agreements) entered into before or during this agreement by the Client.  The owner agrees to hold iHostPoker Casino Parties harmless from all claims related to any such contracts.

6. INSURANCE: iHostPoker Casino Parties, at its sole expense, maintains $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 for each occurrence) and shall have no liability to the Client, its employees, or agents beyond iHostPoker insurance coverage limits. Additional fees may apply if the client must be added as an additional insured or if any extra insurance is requested.

7. CANCELLATION: This is a Casino Party performance agreement and cannot be canceled for any reason 60 days before the DATE OF EVENT. Deposits are non-refundable 60 days before the DATE OF EVENT. Events may be rescheduled without penalty or loss of deposit. All refunds will be issued by company check regardless of how the deposit was paid. If the deposit was paid by credit card, the service charge of 3.5% will be deducted from the refund check. All refund checks will be processed in 3 to 5 business days.

Verbal changes will not be accepted in person or over the phone.
